By accessing and using the services provided by Arconeers ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Arconeers provides architectural design and consultation services, including but not limited to residential design, commercial architecture, industrial projects, sustainable design, and renovations.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the successful completion of projects. This includes site information, design preferences, and any relevant legal or regulatory requirements.

All designs, drawings, and other materials created by Arconeers remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the designs for the intended project.

Payment schedules and terms will be outlined in individual project contracts. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

Arconeers agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and project details, except as required by law or with the client's written consent.

Arconeers' liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Arconeers reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
